What to expect:
I strive to set up a working relationship that is non-judgemental and anti-oppressive. I wish to support people to tell their stories in the ways that are important to them. This is the foundation of my therapy approach. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship that centres clients’ voices so that people can explore their own knowledge about the problems of their lives that assist people to stand up to blame, shame and guilt, whilst upholding dignity.
I have experience working with people who identify as neurodivergent and hope to demonstrate openness to accommodating any sensory needs that will make our interaction safe and suitable for you. I welcome people from all intersections including people from the LGBTQI community and non-traditional family make up. I consider myself sex-worker positive.
When you make contact, here is what I can provide:
A free 15-minute consult to discuss presenting issues and how I might be able to provide support. You decide if this feels like a good fit for you.
An intake and consent form will be sent to you via email which will give you an opportunity to provide further details about current challenges. This is optional and it may suit you better to discuss in person
We make arrangements for our first session; I can provide either face to face (in Woodend, Kyneton or Gisborne - depending on room availability) or via Zoom
Payment is made via bank transfer and Medicare rebates can be provided.
